Admission: What Items do I bring along?
CLOTHING  :  Comfortable clothing (8 pairs)
TOILETRIES  :  Shampoo, shower gel, moisturizer etc
PICTURES  :  Some happy pictures of their youth (marriage,birthdays,family functions)
DOCUMENTS  :  Medical Reports, Photocopy IC, Our filled-up Admission Form
MEDICINES  :  All supplements and prescription medicines that your parent is on
​No, we don’t impose a minimum stay. If a resident wants to terminate our service, all they have to do is issue us a two week notice. We would like to add however that we prioritize admission to long term residents.

What kind of food is served at your Centre?
We serve Chinese themed food carefully sourced from Muslim Halal suppliers.

Can you serve my mother a soft diet/steamed fish only?
Yes we can! Just inform us in advance( during your visit) and we’ll make necessary arrangements.

RELATIVES and their own mental preparation
Can we stay with our parent every once in a while?
Sure you can! All we ask is that you don’t demand more attention than our residents do.

What if there is an emergency?
For minor symptoms, we treat ourselves.
Anything underlying that requires more acute care ,residents are rushed to a designated nearby hospital ASAP.

​Can you ensure that no falls occur?
No one can avoid an accident.We attempt to be as careful as we possibly can but accidents do occur,
How often does the physiotherapist visit?
Our physiotherapist comes by 2 to 4 times a week. If residents feel sessions are inadequate ,they are welcome to approach our physiotherapist for more sessions at a cost of RM 50/hr.
​How often does the Doctor check my parent?
Our doctor visits us once a week. If any sudden significant changes in health condition is observed we rush our residents to a nearby designated hospital.
We do not accept responsibility of personal belongings.Please ensure items like money, jewelry, mobile phones are properly kept, any loss is strictly resident’s own responsibility.

Visiting hours @11am to @9pm on daily basis.

Only 3 pax visitors allowed per family for multiple sharing rooms and 6 pax visitors for single rooms, each time to ensure other residences are not disturbed.

In the case of a huge group visitors present per family, the rest need to wait at our designated waiting area to take their turns.

Can I call at 10:00pm and expect an explanation on my parent's condition?

Like every other person, we get tired after a long day's work.

Please refrain from calling us after visiting hours (10am to 9pm) if not an emergency situation.
